Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HR capacity
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred
Responsibilities
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain HR records and documentation
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork and exit interviews
- Assist with employee retention and engagement initiatives
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed
- Assist with payroll functions, as needed
- Assist with employee relations issues and concerns
- Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes.
- Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies.
- Enter Purchase Requisitions and place orders for office supplies
