FMCG Sales Representatives who will be responsible for driving sales and growing market shares of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies. Their role involves building relationships with clients, reaching sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.
Their daily duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Identify and attract potential customers
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships
- Participate in trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to represent the company
- Stay updated with latest product knowledge, marketing promotions and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative in the FMCG industry
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
